The reservation process can be done by three different ways
With our website, you will know the apartment from inside to outside, location, extra services, availability, total cost of stay, etc.. Also you can make a reservation, and it will confirmed by our administrative team
You can get in touch with our administrative team, and you will receive the information or explanations you need, with the possibility of completing the reservation process in the same call. In the case, the confirmation will be made by our administrative team, they will send you a mandatory document to accredite the reservation to you
The HERBER offices are located in one of the most crowded places of Toledo city. There we can give you all the information you need for the apartments, and if you like, you can make the reservation personally
To make you reservation effective, you must pay a 30% of the total cost of stay, with bank transfer to the following account: 2100-2368-01-0200132617 After that, you must send us the bank transfer receipt, by fax to (+34)925220838, or by e-mail to pagoreservas@herberinmobiliaria.com , then the reservation will be confirmed by our administrative team
Nevertheless, and depending on the season, HERBER reserves its right to augment that percentage, even reaching the total cost of stay
In case of cancellation, you have to note that you will lose the amount payed to confirm the reservation if you cancel the reservation within 30 days before arrival, and if you cancel with more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive 50% of the payed reservation fee
If the reservation is modified in any of the following reservation terms, the following conditions will be applied:
90 o more days before check-in: 20% of reservation fee.
60-89 days before check-in: 30% of reservation fee.
30-59 days before check-in: 50% of reservation fee.
Less than 30 days before check-in: The reservation will be understood as cancelled and you will lose 100% of the amount payed as reservation fee
HERBER reserves the right to accomodate you in other apartment different than the requested one, if the new apartment has equal or better characteristics
Several days before your check-in, our personnel will get in touch with you to confirm your check-in time, and indicate the name and contact method of the person that will receive you when you reach the apartment
From the moment you enter in Toledo city, you will be attended by our personnel
The customer must sign the rent contract for the stay period, in this contract there will be a detailed inventory of all the goods in the apartment, making the customer responsible of the apartment and the goods in the inventory
In the apartment you will receive an explanation of the home appliances, heat and A/C systems, condo laws and timetables, and other services HERBER can provide (cleaning, nursery, tourist information, transports)
The customer must pay the total cost of stay, and the corresponding deposit. When the reservation is done, the customer will be informed about the deposit amount. This amount depends on the property type, being the minimum amount 150 € and 400 € average
If the stay is longer than 20 days, the deposit amount will be 600 € in any case
Later, you will receive the apartment key, and HERBER will keep a copy
The time range to enter the apartment will be from 13.00 to 14.00 , and from 16.30 to 20.00
There is an extra fee of 30 € to enter after the last time designed, and in saturdays, sundays and holidays. Entering after 20:00 has a cost of 50 € in any case
During the period in which our customers are lodged in the apartment, they could be attended by HERBER personnel in every need or emergency
• 24 h service of failures, our customers will be attended during all of their stay, with our emergency phone number, to solve any problem in the property, breakages, break of gas or electricity supply, etc..…
• HERBER offers different services to the customers to make their stay more comfortable, such as extra cleaning of the apartment, extra cleaning or substition of linen, nursery service, also the customers will receive emergency phone information, city maps, restaurant guide, and museums.…
The apartment, before arrival of the customer, will be clean, and the customer must leave it in good condition
If you travel with a pet, you must notify HERBER before reservation and our personnel will inform you about the conditions and apartments in which pets are allowed.
During the stay, customers must obey condo and City of Toledo laws, regarding trash recovery times, etc..
Parties are not allowed in any case
At the time you enter the apartment, check-out time is set, and it must be between 09:30 AM and 11:30 AM
When the customer leaves the apartment, HERBER makes an inspection of the apartment, searching for possible damages, and checking that every object included in the inventory list (list provided at check-in) is there. In case of damage or object lost, HERBER would proceed to evaluate it, and this evaluated amount will be substracted from the deposit amount. Otherwise, full deposit amount will be payed to the customer, and keys will be returned to HERBER, signing a receipt.
For stays with check-out on saturday, sunday, or holy days, there is an extra fee of 30 €
For stays with both check-in and check-out on saturday, sunday, or holy days, there is an extra fee of 45 €
We offer our additional service of apartment cleaning, towel and linen change, at the rate of 15 EUR per hour supplement

HERBER manages personal user data according to European Directive 95/46/CE, of the European Parlament and Council 24th October 1995, relative to personal data protection, and also according to the Organic Law 15/1999
In the reservation process, the minimum data is required to proceed, and that information is also needed to maintenance of the service, and to give information about news or changes. This information is stored and managed by HERBER with strict confidentiality, applying security measures established in the preceding laws to avoid intrusions. These data shall not be distributed to third party except in the legal approved cases. The users have the right to change or delete their data, sending a request to reservas (at) herberinmobiliaria.com
